We are delighted to share the exciting news that Pranam Care Centre recently underwent an unannounced inspection by our regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC), on 20th August 2024. Following a thorough review of our services, practices, and overall care standards, we are proud to have received an overall “Good” rating across all key areas.

This achievement is a testament to the dedication, expertise, and compassion of our entire team. From our management to our care staff, every individual has played a vital role in upholding the high standards that we strive for daily. Their unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding care and support to our residents is at the heart of everything we do, and it is through their tireless efforts that we have reached this significant milestone.
