As Home Manager you need to be able to show good leadership, communication skills and motivation. Working within a care home also requires adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changing needs and requirements.
My favourite part of each day is being able to interact with residents and relatives, getting to know each individual. Being able to get to know everyone allows us to focus on residents needs and provide personalised care.
I look forward to continuing to deliver the best care possible, and supporting my colleagues, to provide a fulfilling lifestyle for residents in the home.
